01 The problem

A slow-smoked, wood-fired product had to sell online as convincingly as it does at a tasting: frictionless payment, correctly priced chilled delivery, and a small team handling orders without an IT department. [TO CONFIRM]

02 The solution

A complete commerce platform on Next.js. The catalogue is edited in Sanity, payment runs through Stripe Checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and orders and customers live in Supabase with team roles. A purpose-built admin panel covers orders, stock, phone confirmations and the team. On top: technical SEO in six phases, product structured data and a Google Merchant feed.
