01 The problem

The old site had theme demo text in its footer, empty pages, contradictory claims and no conversion tools, even though people arrive with a very concrete need: a pension certificate from a company that no longer exists.

02 The solution

A static Astro site built on a full audit and a competitor review: service hubs with steps, indicative pricing and FAQs, a page for every archival fund held, a dedicated certificate flow and a quote estimator. The forms exist in two identical versions, Vercel functions or PHP for Romanian hosting, and the old URLs are kept through redirects.

03 The result

04 · What we built

  1. 01

    Certificate request flow

A guided form with the National Archives’ official fees; attached photos are compressed in the browser and stripped of EXIF data, location included.

  2. 02

    Quote estimator

Converts boxes and binders into linear metres, applies a coefficient for the archive’s condition and shows a price range once the client switches pricing on.

  3. 03

    Archival funds

Every dissolved company in storage gets its own page (tax ID, town, years, sector), generated from a single data file.

  4. 04

    Two deploy targets

The same pages and forms on Vercel (TypeScript, Resend, Upstash rate limiting) and on Romanian hosting (PHP, incremental FTPS publishing).

  5. 05

    Guides that answer

A blog of 15 verified guides: service records from dissolved firms, pre-2001 salary bonuses, archives at dissolution.
