Who processes your data

The data controller is macrostudio (macrostudio.ro). You can write to us any time at daniel@macrostudio.ro.

What we collect

Through the contact form we receive your email address, your message and the options you pick (project type and timing). We ask for nothing else.

With your consent (the cookie banner) we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and measures pages visited, device and approximate location (IP addresses are anonymised). If you decline, Google Analytics never loads. We also use Vercel Analytics, which has no cookies and does not identify individuals.

Why and for how long

We use the data only to reply and discuss your project (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract). We keep it while the conversation lasts and, if we don’t end up working together, for at most 24 months.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (sending email), Cloudflare (email routing), Vercel (hosting and statistics), Google (Analytics, only with your consent). We don’t sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to daniel@macrostudio.ro and we’ll reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Romanian authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) or your local one.
