01 The problem
The old WordPress site had started from an imported demo template and was never finished: the real content, the custom builds and workshop photos, was buried under filler text.
02 The solution
We extracted the real content straight from the WordPress database backup, without reinstalling WordPress, and moved it into Sanity. The new Next.js 16 site gives every custom build its own page, with a masonry lightbox gallery, slideshow heroes and WhatsApp-first contact. The workshop edits builds and photos itself, with no redeploy.

04 · What we built
- 01
Extraction from the WordPress backup
The database dump was read directly to separate real content from demo filler: four custom builds and around 80 unique photos.
- 02
Editable custom builds
Every motorcycle has its own page, managed from a Sanity Studio embedded in the site.
- 03
Content with a safety net
Without a Sanity connection, the site serves a static snapshot of the content, so it never renders empty.
- 04
Masonry gallery & WhatsApp
A masonry lightbox gallery for the workshop photos, and direct WhatsApp contact instead of a form.
