01 The problem
The menu and catalogue only existed as printed PDFs, and orders came in by phone alone.
02 The solution
A site built in phases: a dark & gold identity taken from the restaurant’s catalogue, the full menu transcribed into data, an ordering cart with delivery rules and a configurator for the smoker platter. An admin panel and online payment come next, wired into the existing till.

The full menu, as data
The 26-page printed menu transcribed in full: 272 items across 23 categories, with size variants, allergens and dine-in tags.

Build your plate
A guided flow for the smoker platter: pick the meats and sauces and watch the plate come together, at the exact menu prices.
- 03
Cart and WhatsApp ordering
A persistent cart limited to deliverable items; the order goes out on WhatsApp with the total worked out, until online payment lands in the next phase.
